Birthday Mail List

If your name is on the Birthday Mail List, then you will receive one Birthday Party brochure/year for each child that is listed.
You can remove some children from the list to reduce the number of brochures that you receive each year,
OR you can choose to be removed entirely from the Birthday Mail List.

   It's a simple email. Please include this information:
  •Your first and last name
  • Your Zip code
  • The names of each child you want to remove from the list. If you list all of your children, then you will no longer receive a Birthday Brochure in the mail.
